Blazin Kung Pao Chicken

Hello There!

Are you and your sweetie craving something exciting for dinner tonight? Are you in the mood to step out of your normal routine and try something spicy and full of fire? Look no further than my sizzling, tasty version of Blazin' Kung Pao Chicken!

Kung Pao Chicken has always been a favorite for its delightful combination of tender chicken, crunchy peanuts, and colorful peppers. This dish is like a flavor rollercoaster that takes you from the savory richness of traditional ingredients to the electrifying zing of hot and spicy peppers. This dish is guaranteed to leave you with a satisfied smile and maybe a touch of sweat on your brow. One of the benefits of cooking it in your kitchen is you get to decide how much heat, spice, and sweat you want on your brow! I used a habanero pepper in my recipe, but you could also use jalapeno, chili, or serrano peppers.

I served ours over Basamati rice and it was delicious! That is one of my favorites. But remember...your kitchen, you can choose one of your favorites. It would also be good served over pasta. It really doesn't need anything else to go with it. It is vibrant and bold and can stand alone.

The perfect balance of richness and spice will awaken your taste buds, making it the ideal dish for a cozy dinner for 2! For a little more spice, try enjoying it on your patio!

Lord Bless You,

Michelle
