Hello There!

Cook It for 2 perfectly embodies my current stage in life. Cooking has always been a passion, from my earliest memories of experimenting with an Easy Bake Oven to preparing meals for my family during high school. Over the years, I’ve refined my skills in diverse environments, including restaurants, home kitchens, and even teaching alongside a pastry chef. Cooking is more than a hobby or profession for me—it’s a core part of my identity. It brings me relaxation and fulfillment, and most importantly, it allows me to share love with those around me.

Welcome to my Blog.

Growing up, we moved often. This exposed me to many different kinds of foods. These influenced my love for a variety of flavors and inspired me to continuously develop new recipes. In my blog, you will have access to recipes for breakfasts, dinners, desserts, and more that span all my years of cooking, as well as new delights along the way. To sum it up, you’ll receive a little bit of sweet, savory, and a whole lotta spicy just for two. 😊

“For an outdoor party or BBQ, line a wheelbarrow with a sheet of plastic, fill it with ice, and pack the drinks into it. Wheel it to a shady location close by and it saves running back and forth to fetch drinks.”
