Savory and Juicy Chicken and Roasted Cauliflower
This roasted chicken and cauliflower dish is a simple and delicious meal that is packed with flavor! Beware! It is a little spicy! 2 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 head cauliflower cut into steaks
1 orange bell pepper cut into slices
1 medium onion cut into slices
garlic powder
honey siracha(pampered chef)
olive oil
salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with foil. Add a little olive oil on the chicken, sprinkle garlic powder, honey siracha, salt, and pepper. Be sure and do both sides. Place chicken in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Cook until the chicken is cooked through.
Take cauliflower and cut it into steaks. Place on a baking sheet lined with foil in a single layer. Slice the pepper and onion and place the veggies on a baking sheet lined with foil. Sprinkle with olive oil, garlic powder, honey siracha, salt, and pepper. Bake at 425 degrees for about 30 minutes until the veggies are tender and brown. Enjoy!
