By using lettuce mixed with kale instead of a bun and adding fresh onion, this Big Mac-inspired salad is a healthy alternative to the traditional burger. Don’t let the kale scare you off. By mixing it with the lettuce you will be pleasantly surprised at how good it tastes and you will get an extra dose of nutrients!
Another way to cut even more calories is to use greek yogurt for your special sauce instead of the mayo, making it lower in fat and higher in protein. I like it both ways but when I made the video I was out of yogurt. Sometimes you have to just use what you have.
